Well, got my fans installed but needing some help clokin this thing...looking for someone with a similiar setup that could share how his/her bios is set....thanks

Doesn't matter on the setup, two exact same setups won't clock the same due to steppings, and revisions and all that "good" stuff.

Now, What I suggest is dropping your multiplier to 10X, Dropping hyper transport to three, or four. Remember, Your hypertransport frequency multiplies your front side bus, and you never want this number to exceed 1000 after you multiply it, it will cause instability however the asus a8n32 { or is it the a8n sli premium? } is rated upto 1200 FSB, but not suggested you go that high

Keep clocking up your memory 'till you hit a point where it either doesn't boot, or it doesn't pass memory test. PC3500 sticks huh? Hmm.. I'd try 220 FSB on them, and see if they boot and start upping it from there.

Find your max FSB on stock volts on the memory and cpu, Then pick a suitable multiplier.

Turn off cool and quiet if it's enabled.

Lock PCI bus at 100.

Yup, I doubt many people have a setup like that (FX60s are rare 'round these parts), but most of us can still help you.

What should my stock voltage be? In cpu-z it's showing it as 1.4v . Here's what i have right now....HT at 4 , FSB at 226 , mem limit at 166 and mem voltage is at 1.425 in bios

I try and run Prime95 but get a error stating: Rounding was 0.4999995752 , expected less then 0.4 ,yet i dont have any lockups or such ....yet lol

Get the latest CPUz - 1.33, this will provide you will the correct details.

You will also be best to work through the Find the Max FAQ - link in sig below, to see where each of the key components can go with the given cooling.

It is about learning how to control the Asus BIOS and then bring them all together to max everything out.

All this takes time and some controlled approach otherwise you will be jumping around without making real progress.

With that setup and tuned, you should be able to run some excellent times.

.
on the 2nd part to find max cpu speed thru these bios i cant set higher then 1.5625 and it doesnt look good these either, already had to back down from 2.9 cause it ddint pass prime for even 1 min lol
i keep getting the round was 0.5 expected less then 0.4

You may find that a bump in Vcore is required, however this will add to the heat of the CPU which the Tt BT HSF is having to deal with.

The Asus MB detects Core type and also limits the Vcore - esp for dual core CPUs ... an Asus 'feature'.

I would set a target say 2.9 GHZ and see if this can be fully stablised - Pi32M, OCCT (pending OS), Prime (Large FFTs) for a couple of hours and then move on up in small steps.

How would i "bump" the vcore up since it will only goto the 1.5625? and i only can get max cpu speed to 2.8 , damn thought this thing would be capable of much more
