1,750,00 POINTS

Sounds like a reasonable goal.
It has been a pretty good month for folding. With very little interruption, I was able to pull down a personal best of 1,287,986 points!

Looks like we'll really have to be on the ball for Division ONE next month!

I have a bigadv that'll drop tomorrow...just in time

I really ought to look into a way to add some more fans to my radiator. I've got 2 fans set to pull air up through my top-mounted radiator, but I'm not sure if I've got the clearance the add some more 120mm's to the bottom to push. I've got to run my fans at 80% to keep the water temps around 100*F and coretemps in the 70-75*C range. Ambients are 75*F.

That's the problem with an all-in-one unit I suppose. Maybe the next one will be a custom WCing setup. BUT, for the naysayers, this Exos unit is going on 4 years strong and I haven't had a single problem with it!

Anyone have experience running a chilled water setup?

I was thinking about just adding a variable speed pump to a small aquarium chiller and setting it to chill to ambient temps. Any idea about the noise on those? Otherwise it might have to be a custom rear-mounted radiator with 3 or 6 low-rpm fans.

You could always make shrouds out of old fans as well. And if you don't have enough clearance got a standard fan, you could use slim fans as the shrouds instead. I'm not sure how much gain you'd get from a slim shroud though, but just a thought

That would work nicely I believe, although you should probably check in the water-cooling forums
Comparatively, my 6-fans 1 360 radiator is pushing along quite nicely, cooling down my 980x, GTX480, and motherboard, keeping the 980x's load temps at about 60*C.

I'm undergoing some weird modifications; swapping between my 6870 and 5770, so my points will not be stable for the following few days, but I'll keep downtime at the bare minimum!

Congrats everybody for the awesome work which led us to not only come back from 8th place, but finish in 1st

As far as bigbigadv, that will happen once I'm not swamped with work. End of trimester schtuffs are getting in the way
