It is the Scythe Susanoo.
I was at FrozenCPU the other day to pick up an air cooler and WebsterXC brought out the Susanoo as a joke. I decided to buy it because I thought it was obnoxiously massive and complete overkill. I didn't think it would be all that great, but turns out it seems to work quite nicely. I guess with that much surface area it would be hard not to be a good cooler.

Any heat output is deposited through the flexible vent tube through your window.
I've have central ac and it has trouble keeping the second floor cool in the summer (about 80-90, lately) so I purchased a 10K BTU portable AC. For some reason it can't bring the room below 74. I only seem to have 5K BTUs of heat that is being generated. Anybody with a portable unit able to get their rooms below 70F?
