@Ithanul You know, you could opt for one of those chiller units. I'm sure they're not that bad when it comes to loudness and they'll keep your system quite cool as long as you run one big enough to either freeze your equipment or just enough to keep the temps in the 40-50*C range (when folding).

I know the chillers go for $350 on the low end, but in high temp areas of the s.east US would be worth it

Definitely not a bad idea if you're under a "noise ordinance." The power consumption isn't too bad either, I know one of the more powerful units runs about 1.6kW which is a bit high but then again that same one apparently managed to get 4x GTX 680s to run at 9*C. It's a wonder what it'll do under folding conditions... but then again I like low power consumption. With my 9 fans, two pumps and a 60mm thick radiator I manage .9 kW of power along with folding.

Imagine what the temps would be on Maxwell GPUs.

I'm getting 65C with high ambients, 1.275v and a core of 1600. With those temps (the chiller temps) you'd get very low!

I'd venture to guess the folding temp would be the 9*C... lol I'm sure with a chiller it'd probably be a comfortable high of 30-35*C and a low of probably right around the same area or possibly lower... either way it'd be amazingly low.

I was not meaning the German word, I'm just say nah in a negative meaning most of the time.
But I cleaned the filter out last week or so, probably check it again.

I too haven't worked with the chiller but I think you'd manage just fine, I'm sure it'll be built similar to an A/C system and have some type of tank that will occasionally have to be emptied due to condensation build up. Other than that it requires an external pump strong enough to, from what I'm guessing, prevent it from freezing itself but also circulate the water fast enough to do the job. Basically it'd be something like this that you would use but I'm sure if I were to use something in this nature it'd be a bit more powerful than that (especially during folding). But I'm sure the operation isn't too bad and power consumption is a bit low for what it does - of course you can go higher if need be but most likely unnecessary unless you're tying to extreme cool or run extremely high clocks. But it'd definitely be something looking into especially in your location where it's quite toasty I'm sure.

I'm actually thinking of getting one of these as a backup if my other cooling system isn't up to par and I need added cooling to something that's already cooling. Of course at that point it'd be something that would have quick disconnects so that I can just valve shut it off and remove the system if not need but if it gets extreme I can connect and open the valves for additional cooling.
