Don't start with the illegal thing. Innocent people get thrown in jail. What's illegal in one country, isn't illegal in another. It's not as simple as "don't steal and you have nothing to worry about".

I wasn't planing on selling my X6. Although some scoundrels on craiglists are greedy and want to get more than what their processors are actually worth, might force me to do so.

Craigslist? Psh. Don't use that ****. Also, kindly show them the price you can get a more powerful chip on Newegg or whatever, that should put them in their place.

Check the marketplace on here, usually people will ship to Canadia if you give them a couple extra dollars.

I don't think that hardware level DRMs are the only answer to having important copyrighted material at home. Prominent members of hollywood receive DVD screeners all the time (how some movies are leaked).

They don't get them by some sort of secret satalite hookup that only Intel processors can decipher. Regular DVDs are what they get, and the DVDs are watermarked with information specific to the person that they were sent to. If it gets out, they know who leaked it.

My point is that there were probably 20 different ways they could make this work, but instead they chose one that affects a huge percentage of processor buyers. Why?

They castrated a guy named BigCactus in the Intel forums for the exact same speak. I just think that there's some fishy stuff going on here.

Hey Sarge, when one core fails after about an hour of blending, what do you usually do?

Just missed out on a I7 920, Gigabyte X58A UD3R, 2X3GB GSKILL for 260 on ebay. I feel disgusted with myself.

Ah, I'm at 1.55 from 1.475 for 272 FSB. I'm not liking 286 needing as much as 1.55. Ah lemme give it a try.

I'm pushing my valueRam to it's limits; 1.75 on a default 1.5. Sticks might melt.

You might also want to consider putting your ram at stock and then running blend to see if it is your ram causing it as well, I would think its best to eliminate all other factors. But im not an overclocking guru, give me a couple peices of plexi and some screws and ill mod something to death lol
