Help I need a $400 PC.

Hello guys I'm new here. I'm from the Philippines btw. Can you guys help me on what items to get for a 400$ PC? Also can I buy from newegg from where I am?
My current system is a pentium 4 2.66ghz but I plan to sell it and buy an AMD system. I need processor, motherboard, video card, memory, hard disk, power supply and also extras that you could recommend. I want to be able to play games like GuildWars on decent settings. Hope you guys can help me. Thanks in advance.

BTW I dont mind using a built in sound card also I already have a monitor, CD drive and speaker for my future PC.

Edit: Ok my budget is now $500 and I choose this processor:
AMD Athlon 64 3700+ San Diego 1GHz HT Socket 939 Processor Model ADA3700BNBOX - Retail

so what i need now is a motherboard, memory(1gb), hard disk, powersupply and a cheap video card that i will torture myself with until i get enough money to buy the nvidia performance ones.

Thanks again!

OKay, lets get started. No you may not buy from newegg, but ill list the items from newegg because i dont know any phillipines comp stores. The parts will be able to find anywhere else probably.
cpu- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103535
Ram- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231030
Mobo- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813130524
Vid- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814102637
Case- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811147026
Thats 366$, you could probably go better on the vid card, but thatll play guild wars fine.

These are parts from newegg but you could try and find them elsewhere:
Mobo - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813130041 - $60
CPU - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103537 - $120
RAM - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820220006 - $87
Video Card - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814145098 - $118

Total - $385

Your HDD and case you could probably reuse, and if you don't plan on overclocking AT ALL you might be able to reuse your PSU.

ok guys keep them coming. I think i can ask my mom to ask her friend who lives in the US to help get stuff from newegg.

Btw do you think its better for me to get a athlon 64 3000+ and decent video card or a 3200+ and a not so good video card?

Thanks again.

I would go with a athlon 64 3000+ and a descent graphic card instead of a 3200+..

You want the best video card you can get. Look at me, running socket A, but my 6800NU really boosts performance.

Guild wars isnt that demanding on graphics, so i would get the 3200+ for more power.

ok guys! i think i want this 1.

AMD Athlon 64 3700+ San Diego 1GHz HT 1MB L2 Cache Socket 939 Processor - Retail = $212

also i think i can up my budget to $500

I want 3700+ so i dont have to upgrade it in the near future. Also i want a mobo that i will not have to replace in the near future when i need a newer newer video card.

More help pls! thanks!

Edit:

I think i'll just have to buy a good card the next time i get money. So 3700+ for now + a good mobo, memory, hard disk, power supply, and a video card that is better than a geforce fx 5200 cause this is what i use to play guildwars with all settings at low.

I would go with a Gigabyte K8NSC or an MSI. Since they both Overclock really good and have great onboard sound. Memory, 2x512 Corsair ValueSelect should do the trick. And look for a fast HD like from Seagate, WD, or Maxtor.
