Weird Lines - Page 2

Are those lines the only problem you are having, or are there other problems like artifacting in games? Maybe it is the program that is the problem, you could try re-installing it.

Yeah I just reinstalled it afew minutes ago with the stuff you told me too do and I still see those lines man there annoying.

I didnt know that if you took a screen shot while you were artifacting that other people coulnd't see it. Ive never had a problem with aim having spyware, because im pretty sure it doesn't at all. There are other stuff that attacks aim that I know of.

I wasnt scanning for artifacts I just put in my card and download are the drivers and I restarted and opened AIM and there were lines.

im not saying you were scanning for artifacts, im responding to selectodude saying that we couldn't see your artifacts in a screen shot.

If you were thinking of ditching AIM go with Trillian or GAIM. GAIM is light. They do multiple clients, i.e. MSN, AIM, YAHOO, etc, in one program.

Test the card in another system. If the lines are still there then RMA is the way to go. If the lines are not in the other system then you have some hardware/software error on your system.
