here what I think you may wantta try first,
play around w/ FSB and multiplier first, put back your RAM to AUTO and increase the FSB 5 at a time.
you may want to try 240 x11 = 2640 (2.64Ghz)

on my ASUS mobo BIOS... enter the advanced tab

then in jumper free config, you can set the clockspeed, multiplier, AGP freq (pci-e for you - set to 100), agp volts and ram volts (2.8)

to set you HT go back to advanced and enter cpu config...here you can disable c'n'q and set your Ht mult

under 250MHz fsb use x4...above, use x3

go back to advanced and enter chipset config...here is where you set your RAM speed and timings...there should be a memory clock setting..if you havent touched it, then it will be set to "auto"...click on auto and select your freq.

400 / 200
333 / 166 <---- use this one
266 / 133
200 / 100

leave your RAM timings on auto for the time being, you can tighten the settings once you have clocked your machine

You will find you'll need to relax the RAM's timings to CAS3 to possibly achieve higher RAM speeds. How much higher, testing will tell. Once you hit the max you may have to drop to DDR266 speeds, or increase the divider, as the CPU's bus speed increases.
You could increase the vcore a little but do keep the full load temp below 50c.
