ok so you have replaced the monitor and vid card and still no picture displaying, ok this is very tricky....
Best bet if your willing to put in the time (and you wana get it done so i guess you will) is to replace everything individually.
Like i said it's nice to have a spare computer in the house so you can fiddle around, like when you replaced the monitor, realised it wasn't that so put it back then did the same with the graphics card and still didn't work so you put the original one back, keep following this process for each individual part and you will soon find out the problem.

Well tried to help as much as poss, good luck!

THX.

im starting to wonder if its the RAM, even thought its compatible because ALL of the other parts i have used work, except for the MOBO which i just got from newegg and it seems to start fine so im sure its not defective.
the only thing I can figure is that the RAM isnt compatible with the mobo or something of that nature. :/ FRUSTRATING..

If the RAM wasn't compatible with the motherboard you would hear beeping noises when you turn your computer on

If you have PCI cards plugged in try removing them.

Does the mobo have a square 4 pin plug by the cpu? If so is it plugged in?

The mobo is on newegg. If necessary I can get a link, the thing is I bought a cheapie 27$ mobo skt a mobo off newegg and it didnt work either, and I thought it was the mobo so I sent it back and got the epox. i doubt its the motherboard considering it didnt work on both...
yes, the 4 pin plug (power) is plugged into the mobo
