decent deal for a backup/storage?

I'm looking for an external hard drive for a backup and media file storage... around a 250gig....would you say this is a good deal? http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...6315&CatId=136

yes its a good deal but id stay away from tigardirect dont chimp out because when it comes to computers u get what u pay for.. try newegg.com if you are in the US

yah, but newegg's cheapest 250gig external is this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822154613
not exactly the best bang for your buck...though i do prefer newegg for most of my online purchases, like my video card which was only $139 ^_^
