Write out your Genie settings fully so we can see all that is going on... BIOS Version and Slots used for the mem modules - Yellow / Orange

LDT should be on x3 for > 250 to ensure stabilty, there is nothing to be gained by trying to OC' the LDT/FSB.

Use this to help complete the picture (from the Expert), just edit for your system.
