Drill a small hole first, then drill it out with the size you want.

Ask busa, he's the best at this.
Seriously, use a holesaw with your drill on the low rpm setting (low speed). Make sure to stop every couple seconds so the plexi can cool down and not melt.

NO!!!

High speeds will warp and melt the plexiglass. A dremel with an adjustable speed is best, set to the lowest or second lowest speed.

Also, some people find it helpful to use masking tape over the cut area to add strength and keep it steady throughout the complete cut process.

Ultimatly, practice is the best teacher, if you can get some scrap plexiglass and try out your technique you will be able to perfect what works for you.

i clamp down the plexi glass, back the spot im drilling into with some wood, and begin to drill, once it hits the wood, i move the drill up and down to make sure the whole is pretty and im done, next hole
