I was wondering what speed may my Celeron go up to with out heating up, also is there a program that would tell me the temps?

I got a new motherboard btw.

Well, overclocking is hard to perdict and so is the extra heat it will produce. You can monitor the temp with a program called speed fan (google it).

just raise the fsb without raising the vcore value until the computer becomes unstable, then take it back down to a stable speed. if you don't raise the vcore, the cpu should be fine.

can you fill out the rest of your system specs
this will make it easier to help you out
BTW you will know if its stable after running prime 95 for 10+ hours preferably 24
also please download CPU-Zand post a screenshot

I usually just run a game for a while and see if it crashes. my game of choice to test the stability is Need For Speed Underground.
