So it's a 3.5" bay converter thing I didn't need it anyway. I am lucky to have that lil window there but the water in the system is "pink". Man I hate pink

I drilled the holes with a bit that is one size smaller than the fittings, and i tapped it with the fittings itself. Used a wrench to screw them in. Ohh and i also put some sealant around the threads to make sure it won't leak.

I tested the res. outside the loop. I filled it with water and there was no leakage. But when it's installed in the loop the pressure will effect, so i hope i made it strong enough. I will let it run for 3 days outside the case...

EXTREME that is a nice res just one thing i'd be concerned with the fact that your inlet and outlet are to close but they'd be better off with a small wall between them if you wanted them that close

just a suggestion

Yea i know, i already did that. The reason why i put them on that side, is because i don't want tubes go everywhere inside the case. And the other reason is, if i put other fitting to the other side then the tubes would be so close to the mobo, where the power connectors are. This way i reduce the risk of getting my mobo damaged from a leakage in the fittings.

Thanks for the advice hatedenemy

Thank you very much. I am glad to hear that you had fun reading my worklog. That's the second reason this worklog is created.
First one is to courage other members to buy a dremel and get their cases chopped

Ohh and btw sorry for no updates. I am having some difficulties organizing the 5.25 bays.

The PWMIC area on the case gets too hot and i have to place another fan at the front. That means, i can't use 2 x 3.25" and first 5.25" bay which are at the middle. So the reservoir will be at the second 5.25" from the bottom but tthe problem is my tubings won't reach there. I am thinking about some other solutions...

LoL, man i couldn't come to this point without your support. After reading your messages i want to do more I will solve the problem somehow. I just need to keep the PWMIC area cool because the voltage regulators are there and it's important.

%99 of the work is done in the house and balcony (except rad. box welding). I wish i had a garage or smtg then i could make a better job.

Thank you pbasil...

You have done a great job on your case.Really great considering your lack of access to proper working area and more advanced tools. If you do this well working as you do now I can't even begin to imagine what you could do in even the most basic shop. Job very well done so far....I also have the Ultra Aluminus case that I have been doing a little work on, nothing as advanced as your mod's...When I get a little more done on it I will post on this Forum...
