its most likely hot from being near that hot vga which is being cooled, ill have to come up with a way to cool it.

omg im retartted, i think, the vga has a fan blowing INTO the card, like it should be i supose, the fan i put under it is taking air from it, lol, ill fix that, with my pc on

how many case fans should i have? i was thinking about 6-7

It really depends... as long as you make sure that none of the fans are fighting each other for air, logic says the more the better. In the end though, you'll just have to test certain configurations and find which lowers your temperatures the most.

i wan gnna have 1 at the top, 1 on the side, 1 in front, one under psu, slot fan under vga, and a slot fan under vga, thats before my modding

Yes, it is because they are in the molex. They would have to be plugged into the mobo 3 pin connector for Everest to monitor those.

yea you can use fan controllers still... as for the fans that you're planning on putting in... you have to have some exhaust(taking air out of case) and some intakes(taking air into case). The simplest fan design is having an intake at the bottom front of the case. This air will come into the case cooling everything on its way. Once it gets hot... it will start to rise (hot air rises) and then you'll need an exhaust fan at the rear top of the case to take this hot air out. Just keep in mind these basic principles and good luck with the cooling!
