What do i need to work on my computer. SHould i order one of those static wrist strap thihngs?

You can make one if you don't want to spend the money, Any length of good flexible wire will do. Attach an alligator clip to one end, strip off a lot of insulation from the other end and make a loop of bare wire to slip over your hand or a finger like a ring.

dont worry about static to much just dont wear synthetic fabrics. you can build a pc with a screw driver alone (atleast i did)

basically, don't build your computer while wearing socks on carpet. Every once and a while, just touch the metal part of the case to ground yourself.
