I have had the 15 Volt (3 PSU) power supply running now loaded for a few weeks testing for stability and reliability and it is flawless. As long as you have all the connections very good and the wires can handle the extra power it is going to put out you will be sweet. I used 3 run of the mill cheap power supplies and am very happy with the results. I glued the
PSU's together and is all now very neat and tidy.

Great!

That's the best thing about this method, even the really old cheap PSU's can handle massive current on their 5v rails. I have very seldom seen a PSU that can't source at least 20a on its 5v rail. Most of them are around 25 or 30 amps. A lot of these are going to be thrown out, but with a little work they can be very usefull.

Tuchan, are you meaning interested in using this product for fan control? Or, since its in this section, peltier control?
Just curious, since it says max of 40W and 7A. Not very impressive if wanting to use it for controlling a decent pelt.

For peltier control mainly. Pinhead and myself have been working on something to control the input\\output power so adjustment is possible via a motherboard header. That gadget is just an example. There is obviously more than just a few of us out there looking into this. That is just a lower powered version of what could be used If you have any great ideas on how to do this then by all means give it a go.
