Your memory is rated for 2.85v max anything over that and you're pushing it.
Have you tried to run a devider?

Most TCCD dont need the .5v over 2.85 to ROCK but adding cooling is always a good idea!
Are you running 623-3, Orange slots ...have you took a peak at this FAQ by ncsa on that MB?

2.9vdimm is fine, just add an 80mm fan on top of the ram.

I'm currently running my TCCD DDR550 @ 2.8v with a 80mm fan blowing on the ram. Any higher than 2.8v, and I get errors in Memtest.

Not all TCCD chips are the same and so while Vdimm plays a part, the BIOS and memtimings are more so important. The patriot modules seem to need a bit more than others. The GeIL ONe like 2.65 for DDR600, again depends on the week of the TCCD chip.

TCCD will get extremely hot when running high speeds so a fan will help.

Start off with Bios 623-3 - orange slots and start from there, there are some newer beta BIOS available as well.. check the FAQ links in sig below.

Post your Genie settings to help further.
