nvm i found one for 9 bucks that had 260 great reviews.
I would sub out that motherboard and case for these 2. I like the MSI motherboard better (http://anandtech.com/mb/showdoc.aspx?i=2358&p=5) and it's cheaper. The case you chose is excellent, but I think the extra money could be better spent elsewhere. (either bump up video card or power supply) Also, don't be afraid to hold off buying the Big Typhoon and use the stock cooler for awhile. It saves you some money now and leaves a small upgrade path. The stock cooler works very well, but will prove to be too noisy over time.

If you don't need SLI...

ASUS A8N-E Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 Ultra ATX AMD Motherboard - Retail

Don't have too much experience with other brands.. The MSI might be good also.

Here's a refurb'd MSI board that OCs very well, but doesn't support Sata2. You could think about getting a Raptor instead with the savings. Just an idea

Yes, the CPU you selected comes with a heatsink and fan. Check the Newegg listing; it's stated near the bottom.

If you don't do anything wild, stock cooling probably will be just fine.
