Yes, I am new to case modding and quite confused with a few things.

1. What tool should be used to cut plastic, and where can I buy this tool( English website would help)

2. Where can I get mesh and other materials for case mods?

Sorry to sound aragant, help will be really apreciated.

Dremel in UK...

http://www.budget-diy.co.uk/detail-22905.html

I believe this is a variable speed unit which is what you would want. You can also use a Rotozip...more money but more power and more versatile IMO.

http://www.inml.co.uk/rotozip/zipmate.asp

I own both and the Rotozip is my favorite though for small, fine work the Dremel is better because it is easier to hold.

PS...I edited your post so not to say you would give reps...we aren't supposed to do that. Cheers!

Another thing, In my Asus Vento 3600 on the plain side, I want to drill "Runtman" in the side panel, like the way somebody did it with "jeep" Would it be advised to put mesh behind it? If not, what does mesh actually do?

Well I did the jeep thing in the front of my case and I advise you
to put lexan or plexi behind it so you can light it.

But as far as cutting it out. If you have a steady hand and patience
I would cut it out with a dremel.
