Stuck in choosing a graphic card..

Thread Starter
Hi guys, for the past weeks Ive been looking around for a graphic card and I am not sure what to get. I want to get the card that gives you the best performance for the money. I will be selling my current graphic card to my brother for aprox 100 dollars .. My problem is that Im not sure what to do.. Buy a mid range now and uprgade later or upgrade to SLI, etc, etc.
Here are some examples of what I could do:

1. Get an X800GTO2 and overclock and unlock..Then upgrade to something more high end later..
2. Get an XFX 7600GT and upgrade to SLI later..
3. Get a 7900GT and overclock when I need to..(Will this be better than 7600GT in SLI?)

If there are any more suggestions to what I could do feel free to tell me. Since the X1900GT will be coming out soon to rival the 7900GT should I stick with the X800GTO2 (which i can get cheap from my friend) and upgrade later? I dont want to spend too much money as money dont grow on trees.

PS. I am CONFUSED!

Ok thanks so this is what i ahv come up with: The 7600GT is out of the question. A mid range card but I play games like BF2 and FEAR and want to have something better. My question is this: Do i get my friends X800GTO2 which is in perfect condition and wait for the release of the X1900GT (BTW does anyone know when it is to be released?) and see which of the two (The 7900GT and the x1900GT) is the best value ?
