Increase the vdimm.
Relax the timings.
Use the 11x multiplyer

The RAM you have may do the 236 needed with CAS2 using an 11x and enough but not to much voltage. If not up to CAS2.5

BTW nice OC and system

I have found that with my TWINX 3200C2 200MHZ fsb is possible at 2-3-3-6 on 2.7Vdimm. Any thing higher you need to take out the timmings as suggested. Why not run a divider to keep the RAM at 200MHz or close to it.

cheers

first to xie67

the timings worked well but i loosened things up by using 3 in CAS. now with AquaMark3 my score went from 74000 (and a little) to 80865. after i changed my shorts i hastened to reply to your post. i took out the C2 v1.2 (which wouldnt boot installed) and left the new Twix 512x2 and i used your posted settings and it is smooth and so far stable.
