I suppose if you have it set to intake from the top blowing down it wouldn't be such a problem. I believe fractal design made the dust filters on the top and at the front because they want their customers to use positive pressure by utilizing the top and front as intakes and the rear as exhaust. This is how I have mine setup. Can't complain about the temps.
