Thread Starter
OK hear is the deal I have a "Stable" overclock of 2507Mhz right now. The max FSB for my Mobo is 270 Max for ram is 230 FSB and CPU max FSB i am still working on. My Ram is set at 166Mhz timeings r 2.5 3 3 7. when i go up to 2600Mhz i can run Super Pi at 32M fine but when i run prime 95 it stops as soon as i start. Any idea of how to keep my system stable wile staying at 2600Mhz or higher? Aslo duz my Mobo FSB limit what my CPU can do?
Basil

I'm sure that MB can do over 300MHz... saw it in here and was totally
So that being said, I wonder how stable your PS is. The most common over looked part of the OC is the PS!

Have you tried Gogars since you have the needed factors.

BTW... that is still a good OC, do you know what the steppong and date is?

Gogars...
Set your known max stable speeds/settings. The last row is best @ very low numbers
Try working the speeds/setting with some projected figures and see what happens to the last row... gets interesting.
BTW... the Sunbeam NUUO550 is a pretty solid PS @ about $78-83

Your only at 1.52vcore, you can up it to 1.58vcore safely, just keep your temps below 55c.under load.

Give these settings a whizz. You may need to crank the voltage up though. The RAM is running at 266 (I think - I'll go check)

EDIT: My RAM is running at DDR333
