why the sempron over the celeron? im telling u, he just wants a pc that can acess internet and use microsoft word, he doesnt know what the hell 350W means, he wishes for a cdrom drive/cd,dvd burner, floppy drive, and a nice pc to use for BASIC needs, i just want to build a low maintinence pc, nothing special, just cheaper than dell with even/better performance, over cheaper.

o and some led fans with a clear side view, just for the looks

i guess my last post managed to disappear, what i said was,
why a sempron? he just wants a pc to surf the web and use microsoft appications, and play crap online games at shockwave, why kill a good computer? he doesnt know what the hell he is doing, a side view with led fans, cd rom burner, dvd burner, floppy drive, and a low maintinence pc is all he needs,

just has to cost less than a dell with ven or better performance

I know... a bit over budget. I highly recommend getting a good PSU. Most cheaper PSUs rated at 400W-500W only have 18A on the 12V rail (one even only 13A) The Antec case comes with a 350W PSU with dual 12V rails of 10A and 15A (25A total).

Good luck
Erm, that's not how dual rails work. You can't just add them up.

Alpha: true, but it still gives some indication about the available power on the 12V rails, as compared with single rail PSUs

Ok, Celeron solution ($256.46 + $37.37 shipping, total $293.83), with taking your last comments into account (floppy + DVD burner):

Floppy: NEC Black Internal Floppy Drive Model FD1231H-302 - OEM $5.99

about $56 to spare! Possible upgrades: 1GB ram for $30 extra (the G.Skill I mentioned before) and an SATA hard drive for $20 extra (NOT the one I mentioned before, since that one is SATA2, which is not supported bye this MoBo). Also, given the PC, the PSU with only one 12V 18A rail should be just fine.

Good luck

Can you explain how it does work then? I've had people tell me to just add them before... My cheap with case power supply has 12V1 of 14 and 12V2 of 16 so apparently it's not 30A?

No.The give the amount capable on each rail (max), however USUALLY they're not able to supply both the max of 12v 1 and 12v 2 at the same time.
