How to: Calibrate PS3 color

Thread Starter
I recently got an awesome gift from my wife, a PS3 Move bundle package! Firstly, this thing is awesome. I've never had so much fun on a console before (and exercised so much!).
During the process of hooking it up I wanted to calibrate the color/brightness/tint as close to perfect as possible. While researching options I stumbled on a .iso that you can download and burn to a DVD-R/RW that will play in your PS3 like a blueray and contains professional calibrations screens you can use to accurately set up your picture to as close to perfect as your display allows. This disc is very much like avia or digital essentials only it's 100% free for anyone to download and burn. All you need is some THX glasses (BlueFilter) or the color set replacement glasses from Digital Essentials (RGB Filters) and you can get some pretty amazing quality. THX blue filter works pretty well but for obsessive control over individual RGB gamma etc. I suggest spending a couple bux and getting the complete set.

This disc revealed my display was off by 31 "clicks" total on RGB/color/tint as well as allowing me to set sharpness to the perfect spot.
I also discovered that different input types drastically effect the display calibrations. My DVI/HMDI/D-sub/Component/Composite inputs all had different settings from each other.
After using this my BlueRay quality went from pretty good to blow your head off.
