Did you resleeve everything using connectors or did you sleeve from the PSU itself on the smaller cables?

Well, on the sleeving, I didnt want to kill the warranty, so have used extensions all around. Keeps things simple.

And some temperature comparisions:

First up 3.4 Ghz Noctua NH D14:

Idle at 31 and load at 46.5

Then my previous WC setup on the Sniper:

Idle at 33.5 and Load at around 43.5

And finally the new setup:

Idle at around 31.5 and load at around 38.5

Now up to 4 Ghz and 1.4875V

Noctua:

Idle at 36 and load at 61

Old WC setup:

Idle at 36 and load at 51.5

And finally the new setup:

Idle at 32 and load at 44

Thats a fall in about 16.5 degrees on load at 4 ghz...now thats worth it.

Awesome temps!!

Just a quick question - where did the project name come from? I think the [E] 2 stands for Evolution 2 from your original post, but why that name?

Nice Job!

I was wondering how exactly you mounted your res to the 5.25" bays? I can't see exactly what you screwed your clips onto?

I got some res holders from ek. These are basically L shaped metal holders, which can be screwed on to the 5 1/2" drive spaces. the other end of the L is where the res clips are screwd on to.

Just got a new 1090T. Actually, I was hoping that AMD would be a sponsor to the build, but since they could not do it this time around, I just went out and got a 1090T myself...Suicide shot:
