for starters...open cpu-z after you apply the changes.

secondly....are you sure you have put in the correct PLL??

try following the exact steps here.

I didnt have the hassle of this set up because it automatically works no problem with the nvidia nforce3 chipset

i checked the website: http://www.cpuid.com/clockgen.php
and under the Athlon 64 / Athlon 64 FX / Opteron Mainboards category and next to MSI i did not find the name of my motherboard, maybe that is the problem

sigh...nothing.

your advanced bios only has stuff like boot logo and crap like that

best advice I could give you is get a new mobo.

get one that has locked pci bus, can setup up the cpu freq by 1MHz increments and can set RAM frequency, and can also adjust Vcore and Vdimm

check out in the forums what other guys are using that have s754 with pci-e.

is your graphics onboard? or seperate v/c???

By selecting the PLL listed under an MSI board on their website, then clicking ignore GSB/PCI, it began to work. Thank you.
