Checked newegg, Id say this ones good http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813136152, the dfi. Plenty of people here have one and like it, plus dfi street is great for help. Im guessing you dont want sli, what with your X850xt

Um, you may want to check out this review before you jump on that ATI. The framerates between the 7600 and the X850XT are virtually the same, each slightly better in certain games. Also, if you do decide to upgrade later to a better card, the eVGA step-up program is an awesome advantage, making up the diference between a few FPS. And the SM3.0 will be better for future games.

That's fine by me, it's not like I have a stake in either company or anything. I just was giving him something to think about before rushing out and buying just because the ATI guys got to him first, lol. Good luck with the new system!

Edit: Yes you can use them in a SLi mobo, but you can't run 2 in SLi. SLi = nVidia proprietary

Yes, you can use it in an SLI MoBo, but you won't be able to run two of them in SLI!! Only nVidia cards can be done in SLI. ATI has its own crossfire platform, but it is still fairly new. SLI is a bit more proven, and if you consider running two video cards in the future, then go for the nVidia with an SLI board.

Also, I hope you do realize that you cannot run either card you picked in your current machine...

Good luck
