Well here is my first guide

Enabling temperature monitoring on nVidia 6600 series Guide
Do at your own risk!!!
Do yourself a favor and print this before attempting

What you will need
30 minutes of time
3.5 floppy Disk-Empty
NiBiTor Ver. 2.5
nvFlash Ver. 5.13

First make a bootable disk
-right click on floppy drive and select format
-choose “Create MS-DOS startup disk†Click start
-Copy “nvFlash.exe†& â€cwsdpmi.exe†from the nvFlashv513 folder to the floppy

Save current bios
-We want to make a backup of our bios, just incase.
-put floppy into driver, it should still be there
-restart, make sure your computer is set to boot from floppy first if your computer just loads strait back into windows.
-The drive letter should come up as A: then type “nvflash –b backup.rom†with out the quotes.
-remover floppy and restart

Edit your 6600 bios
-copy your bios from the floppy to your hard drive, file name is backup.rom…remember?
-open NiBitor2.5, double click "NiBiTor25.exe"
-Click file, top left, then open bios, find backup.rom, click open
-find the “temperatures†tab; check the “Enable 6600GT temp monitor trickâ€
-Save the file, “edit†save bios, save it as something OTHER than backup.rom, I usually use the company name, so I picked xfx.rom or mod.rom short from modified.
-Copy your modified bios on to the floppy so you should now have two bios files on the floppy “backup.rom and mod.româ€

Re flash bios
-Restart
-When the a: shows up type “nvflash -4 -5 -6 mod.rom†or whatever name you called your modded bios. Hit enter
-its going to prompt you to press y from yes to the flash or anykey to cancel the flash
-IMPORTANT, read following
-When done remove floppy and restart by pressing “ctrl +alt +delâ€

Done
-Now enjoy your new temperature monitoring!!!
-Reinstall your video drivers is HIGHLY recommended!!

Good luck

Let me know if it looks alright and if anyone want to give it a try go for it
