OK, I have run a CPU-Z test now. The FSB is currently running at 400Mhz, though the RAM is running at 333Mhz, which I have to look into.

Now you have to understand, it's not as much a matter of FPS as it is loading. In this game Trainz, the loading of new objects takes way to long and it stutters on 3 out of 4 objects that load into the scene.

loading.... Sounds like a hard drive problem. list your hard drive configuration.
