Really high choke in Css, How do you fix it?

Today i have a average of 50choke, Just started happening today, Anything i can type in console to help it?

Play on a different server... Don't play DM, or don't play on servers that have more than 20 people, or servers that are below 66tic, just messes up your game. Also, if you run limewire, kazaa, or bittorrent, well, reinstall source and uninstall those programs.

Find out what the tic rate of the servers that you are playing on are. Should either be 30, 66, or 100. Then go into console and type cl_cmdrate whatever the tic rate is. And cl_updaterate whatever the tic rate is. That should help you out. Also just try restarting your modem. Pull the power and wait 1 minute then plug is back in. Let it detect everything and see if that fixes it.

100tick i think, Overclock.net server and [OFPR] 24/7 Dust2, I never have problems with my choke, But for some reason today is a bad day :/

well if you can't get it running smoothly try uninstall/install should work.
