This is a good one:
Antec TruePower 2.0 TP2-550 EPS12V ATX12V 550W Power Supply 115/230 V UL, TUV, CB, FCC CLASS B, CUL - Retail
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817103932

Currently $99.99 + $2.99 shipping, and an $20 rebate.

Also, the same PSU, but with the Truecontrol stuff, that allows you to control voltages...

Also $99.99, but with $6.99 shipping and no rebate.

The Truecontrol stuff might be interesting

Ok, I hope your HP case has at least a standard size spot for a PSU...

Other options:
Antec NeoHE 500 500W Power Supply - Retail (modular - $99.99 + $6.99 shipping)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817103940

FSP Group (Fortron Source) FSP550-60PLN EPS12V 550W Power Supply 100 - 240V UL, CAS, TUV, NEMKO, CB & CE - Retail ($94.99 + $6.99 shipping)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817104973

Both are good brands.

EDIT: some looking around on the web revealed that the smartcontrol gets mixed reviews, mostly seen as not that useful a gadget.
