well right now i bumped my cpu vcroe from 1.4v stock to 1.22 and now i idle 38c so let me try it in gaming taht or let me run prime95 to check stability

NICE!! i think i got it... idle 36c 100% load 40c and so far prime95 hasnt found errors but with a drop in vcore you dont think i could lose performance since 1.42v was its stock and probably its optimal performance setting and now its 1.22v

well check your other voltages...maybe another voltage is bumped up to far and you can lower it and raise your vcore back to stock

I ran a XP 1700 to 91 degrees C for several minutes, and it still worked fine, and still oc'ed to 1.65GHz afterwards.
