I think the timings are 2.5-4-4-8 @ 200Mhz (DDR400).
btw, I think I've got the same memory and I found the oc limit to be approx 240-245Mhz.

This is the exact memory I have, from what I recall, Corsair says that 2.5-3-3-6 2T (Dosent verify between 1T & 2T) is the lowest this memory can run, but I've had the memory run 2-2-2-5 @ 210MHz, and my memory is currently running 2-3-3-5 @ 220MHz, and I have had the memory run 2.5-4-4-6 @ 240MHz, so its pretty flexible ram. I was informed earlier (about 6 months ago) and my memory was verified as TCC5 memory, and later PowerUp! forums said that it was BH-6 memory, but I believe its TCC5 and not BH-6, because my memory acts funny the higher I go with voltage, and Samsung memory (TCCx) usually runs lower voltages.

But I think you should get G.Skill memory, its better and you can overclock further with the majority of all G.Skills memory.
