If you *have* to buy at a retailer, be aware that Best Buy does price matching. I don't know the details, but you should go to their website and do a search on "price matching".

It does not seem they have the X1800 series though It's either X1600 or X1900. Check out other retailes if your mom does not want to buy online. They might do price matching also.

Just an example... (crap.. Sunbeam website is down... oh well) The Antec TPII (550 W) measures: 5.9" (W) x 3.4" (H) x 5.5"(D). ATX power supplies are normally mounted with 4 screws in the back. Check the measurements if that kind of size would fit, and check how the PSU is currently mounted.

Picture of back of case would be nice indeed
