Now, using that, get your mobos manual, and see which of each port is the first one IDE1, and SATA1.

tahts the floppy connector, youve found the reason it wont boot! that 4 pin power conenctore supplies the power to the CPU!

Í have inserted the Hard Drive into the correct Sata Connector and one to the PSU. There is one connector on the hard drive left. what do i do with that ?

Nothing...leave it be. You should have only 2 cables going into your hd. One is the SATA, and the other is the power connector.
Never hook up any more than that. There are usually 2 power ports on your hd, only use one.
