You have to go into BIOS and change memory timings.

Its a low price, but the timings reflect that. Id stick with some lower latency(sp) ram. Look into some higher dollar Mushkin or Corsair. My PC2 4300 will run 300mhz with 3-2-2-8 @ 2.2 Vdimm and stay quite cool.

But as it stands you should have no problem running 1-1 with the FSB or even 3-2 with that PC2 5400, and Im sure you could tighten the timings a bit try some 4-4-4-12 and run some memtest, if it pass's tighten a little more 3-3-3-8 and so on. But I would at least adjust your ram to run 1-1 with the FSB if the FSB is a 266 the ram should be at 532mhz or even a step higher. DDR2 loves a little more voltage then stock and can run very well with the right configuration.

Adeoliver, remember that, that's an nForce 4, his RAM is running at 340mhz which means it's at 3:4 (or just a hair higher but not nearing the 2:3 or 3:5).

As for timings? Definitely a 4-4-4-12 @ 2.2vdimm would help.

On an nForce, you'll never see RAM at 200:200 or 200:266 or 200:333, it's always going to be 200:100 or 200:133 or 200:167. Why? Because of HyperTransport and CPU-Z on a chipset.
