Ok i have just one 1gb stick of the g.skill. I have tried rasing the frequency to 500 to 450 also to just 433 tried setting the voltage to 2.5 it defaults back to 3.0 everytime. I've got the latest bios update. I can't do anything with this motherboard. I've tried bumping up the cpu one notch nothing. what the heck am I doing wrong?

you are setting the FSB to 500 to 450?? do you mean divider? which Gskills do you have and how come you only have 1 stick? your sig says 2gb unless you happen to have a 2gb stick.

I was told from previous post to take the kingston out and just use the g.skill F1-4000USU1-1GBHZ . Ive heard outstanding clocking abilities with this ram. I've also tried this with the kingston same thing.
