Nah, just a rough guess... The G1 Sniper is 449, the G1 Sniper is 549 but both offer full x16 X x16. One can only hope the OC is not that high.. But if it also has the same pci-e feature for SLI/Crossfire then it may be pretty pricey...

I cant see myself spending that kind of money on a 1366, not with p67 coming back and the z68 right behind it..

Find the "3 step Guide" to OC'ing on the first page of this thread. Follow it and you can achieve 4.0 easily. BSOD's can be caused by a lot of things ranging from loose cables to improper BIOS settings.

Post your voltages, there are a few guys here with the R3 so they can assist in bios settings..

Chances are you need just a small bump to your vcore or vtt voltage to achive stability...

I always will recommend a prime95 blend for 10+ hours.... Once I can do that my system is a stable as it gets.. No BSOD's ever...

Just curious.. I am pretty sure I can get mine stable at 4.24 with 1.39v load, but temps were hitting 79c after an hour+ of prime95 blend.
Certain parts of the blend test create more heat then others. I can see temps around 70 - 72c for certain tests, then another will push it to 79c, but that seemed to be the max..
I get about similar temperatures with same voltage, ambient temp is 24 C. When did Prime95 get this hot, Linx seems to push same temps.

Thanks, I was starting to think I was cursed to always get a cpu that doesnt clock like everyone else..

Seeing more and more that people tend to need 1.375 - 1.40v for 4.2 and everyone is running up in the mid 70's when clocked that high...

Just grabbed a RX240 over at evga marketplace so hopefully I can shave a few needed c's off my load temps

Yep, just watched that a couple hours ago. + Rep for posting it though.

$280 is not to bad and I have a new 920 on the way. Think this one might get some L2N.
