Was it a bluescreen or a freeze?
0X00000050 << Incorrect Memory Timing/Freq or Uncore Multi
0X00000124 << Incorrect QPI/Vtt Voltage (To Much/Not Enough)
0X00000101 << Not enough Vcore Voltage
Freeze usually cpu volts, but your cpu volts look ok.
23 more stable? Maybe, but in our oc database here we have 23 and 21 (odd numbers appear favoured), but even so there is a 20 x 200. I think 200 is good. We all have our theories.
dram:: 1.6v? Is that recommended or should it be 1.66v
Temps about what is expected for air, though might be able to shave a couple of degrees of with reseating, lapping, diamond paste, etc.
Clunk is good.

DRAM Bus: 1.6

Everything else I left on auto. I am new to this and have read up but not sure if all my settings are ok. Do I need more V-Core? Any help would be appreciated. I have a Asus Sabertooth X58. I was following this guide:
Then I read a lot of people here say that 23x is more stable than 21x. Also while running prime with those settings I was getting temps in the low to mid 70s with an ambient around 22. I am cooling with a NH-D14 in a Storm Scout. Thanks again for any help you guys can offer.
