It is what i was trying to say with the above quote, i sux at explaining myself sometimes, i was with the new higher BLCK 211 - 214 jumps increasing it(ICH Volts), but then went thought dropping all volts. When i got the 0x1A, i was already on the minimum voltage for ICH. That advise comes from a noob mate, me, confirm it some time with me the next time your pushing it hard. I did it accidently when i had to reload bios saved OC settings when going the 210 BLCK when i stuck wrong amount in, not enough ICH volts. My board is a max of 1.40, now on the 210 if i leave it on Auto, it will boot, but if i manually set it too 1.30 i get 0x1A, so i know its SB being starved, and if i up ICH volts too 1.40 it will boot then. But i think that might be whats happening to the board, not enough volts left on ICH(max is 1.40, so if its on auto or set manually makes no difference), or i tweak the ram settings some how or find a volt mod, but doubt that will happen. The new settings i need 1.4 ICH, the old settings before the ones i posted(ICH 1.20) in last post i had the higher ICH setup too, as why its a problem. I have 5 different BLCK 210 bootable settings 4 all on ICH voltage Auto(that use 1.4 volts max), out of 20 other's setups @ BLCK 210 that are unstable, and that was the best one i posted(had best voltage settings that could be lowered down) before i took out the ram, and one ICH 1.2 which is the one i posted, if that makes sence i hope. Then i really needed that 1.46 IOH volts to get the 213+ BLCK, which i know is high and is frying my nrth bridge cause the 214 BLCK produces the crazy multipliers, like example below
, i know that ones does say it is, but that is not what i had, North Bridge is drunk and lying to me again.

If you are using the cooler in your sig, that is probbly holding you back a bit. I doubt it can move heat away fast enough.
For air testing I use a Promlotech Mega Shadow with TWO Ultra Kaze 3000's on it. They are super loud but I keep them on a good fan controller and only use them for testing or benching.
I am mate, but the mobo just needs me to spend money on it, and i think the money will go to the R3E instead
was thinking, maybe a H100(radiator) stuck in the freezer might be a cheaper way for getting extra good temps?
I got AP-30 @ 4250rpm, that i have modded so it has a pwm cable and sensor cable and negative cable to mobo(mobo can regulate it), then another cable i modded that has sensor and positive to the fan controller, i can set the max revs then. But i opened it up to max revs on the fan controller when OC, so every time i booted up i can look at the fan controller revs to see if she's on max(dont really need to look you know by ear), has not happened yet with any times it hitting max rpm's unless it dont take the settings with tubov, but at BLCK 214 it hits a peak at 3600rpm but mainly sits at 3100 rpm and less when booting up or playing in the bios. Once booted she idles at 2100rpm @ 36c and ambient around 20c BLCK 210
Plus i got 2 more AP-30's dangling off the board, one for South Bridge and one for North Bridge at Max rpm. North bridge fan is angled towards the base of cpu cooler, giving a bit extra edge
Half the probs i got, i can try and tackle and fix but i got a lot of work to do with the P6T to get it higher, too many settings to play with in the ram etc.. But new Hard Drive and no case is what it will have i think, until i kill it, trying not to though, p6t is my emergency spare for the other pc's
Got a few ideas, i might use this board to do the OC'ing, and keep pushing it in the future with better cooling. H100 radiator in the freezer @ 10c has got me a little excited about it when i saw it @ overclock.net here some where, might had been the H70 or it might had been your cooler mate?
