It varies, it could be the cpu or it could be the board. I did not look it up, but if you check over at HWBot you can select your board and see what kid of clocks people are reaching.
I have troubles passing 200 bclk on my board, 4.588 is best I could post at for a suicide run. Under water, rad out the window in winter etc, never made a difference.
