[Guru3D] Tom Clancy’s H.A.W.X. 2 Benchmark is out!

Quote:
NVIDIA released the Tom Clancy’s H.A.W.X. 2 Benchmark, you can download it here.

The benchmark actually requires you to have a ubi.com account along with its DRM protections, we gave up on that a long time ago. However should you be interested:

1. Dowload the “.EXE” file from the link above to your computer
2. Launch the Benchmark application via “.EXE” file
3. The UBI launcher will pop up requiring an ubi.com user account
4. If already own an ubi.com account, then enter your username and password in order to start the Benchmark application
5. If you don’t have an account then proceed to creating one via the launcher by pressing “Register NOW” button completing the following fields or by visiting www.ubisoft.com website
6. After filling all fields and submitting them the following pop up will appear
7. Accepting the “Terms of Service” will finish the account creation and the following screen will pop up
8. After the login is performed the Benchmark application will start automatically
DRM on a benchmark? Thanks a lot Ubisuck.

Anyway, for those interested:

Pass. No need to make a Ubicrap account when I could just as easily pirate Assassin's Creed. Joking!

Got the game for free with my GTX 460 and have it preordered on their site for free.

Downloading this to give it a whirl and see how I do

EDIT: At least the servers are fast, 1.6MB/s down.

they're fast because people dont want to make accounts for a benchmark.
Is it ridiculous to have drm on a benchmark? Yes
Is it just as ridiculous to be opposed to having an account somewhere legit? YES
