Your memory is probably holding you back. Also, you should try lowering your multiplier and the Hyper Transport multi so that FSB*HT multi < 1000.

Yea si agree, my memory is not the best need to play around with it for a while see how far i can push it......then buy some real stuff.

I got my HTT at 4x, i will try at 3x as soon as i get back from work...

You are fine with HTT multiplier of 4x because you only have a HTT frequency of 220MHz. You want it to be as close to 1000MHz without going over. Since you have your memory running on a divider with those overclocks you could probably rule out your memory as the limiting factor. Maybe try upping your Vcore a little if temps are not an issue to add some stability. Try bumping your chipset voltage up a little too if you have not, temperatures being considered also. I guess I have not heard of the X2 4800+ as far as their overclocking abilities. If they are anything like the Opteron line, the 165 through the 180 reach about the same clock speed when overclocking.
