How can i check my PSU

Well i was wondering how many watts my power supply unit offers .. i don't have a clue and i don't know where to look :s..

And is there something like a power supply unit monitor ? Somethign that checks how many Watts he's using etc ..

The wattage of your PSU should be listed on a sticker someware on the unit its self. As for monitoring, there is software you can install that will monitor useage. Check the downloads section for Everest Home Edition, it should do what you need.

It will be printed on one of the sides of the PSU.

ok i found it .. it's 300 watts.. the only thing i want to know how, is how much it's realy using .. because i have my doubts in this thing
