What he means is your current setting are not working. You need to adjust something. Not knowing your current frequency, voltages, timings and such it is hard for anyone to give you any advice. Detail your settings.

CPU- ?GHZ
HTT Frequency- ?MHz
Vcore- ? volts
Memory Timings- ?-?-?-?
Vdimm- ? volts
CPU:Memory Ratio- ?:? / running at ?MHz
HTT Multiplier- x?
Chipset Voltage- ? volts

Supply this information and we should be able to help you a little better.

Okay, for starters, Set the DDR to DDR266. Set the FSB to 260 and the vCore to 1.45v. Lock your PCI-E\\AGP and PCI frequencies and give her a shot.

you should be able to set your memory clock in the BIOS.....there should be an option that lets you change it to some set freq. 200, 266, 333, DDR400.......or in some cases 100, 133, 166, 200MHz

100MHz = DDR200
133 = DDR266
166 = DDR333
200 = DDR400

Multiplier @ x10
HTT/FSB @ 260
HT @ x4
Vcore @ 1.400v
Memory @ (2/1)
and the pc wont start !

i dont know what to do !
maybe something wrong with timing , and I havo no idea what is it and how to change them

this is my 2.4 now :
Multiplier @ x10
HTT/FSB @ 240
HT @ x4
Vcore @ 1.400v
Memory @ (2/1)

what to set ?
x CPU / DDR Clock Ratio ?
DDR Speed
x CAS# Latency ?
x Min RAS# active time (Tras) ?
x RAS# to CAS# delay (Trcd) ?
x Row precharge time (Trp) ?
x Row to Row delay (Trrd) ?
x Row cycle time (Trc) ?
x Row refresh cycle time (Trfc) ?
x Read-to-Write time (Trwt) ?
x Read preamble value ?
x Async latency value ?

Hammer Fid Control ?
CPU Voltage Control ?
AGP Voltage Control ?
HT-Link Voltage Control ?
DDR Voltage Control ?
