Sli Vs Ati X850

Thread Starter
Here's my issue I bought a X850XT PE and I was just looking on newegg and they have 7600Gts running for about 175 so should I would buy 2 for SLi or should I just keep the ATI card? Which would be better?

I belive that 2 7600 GTs would be better then your X850XT PE, however, for about the same price you could get a 7900 GT/GTX which would better better then the x850 or 2x 7600 GTs AND would keep one of your PCI-E slots open.

I like mine! But i'd go for a 7900 it'd kick both of those combos out the door

depends, If your wanting to OC it then you'd want it lower than normal so you can play around with it.

If your not wanting to OC it get them as high as you can, Just watch your temps

SLI? I see you have a Crossfire MoBo, or is that still on your shopping list, and you will get a matching SLI board if you go that direction?

I would really go for a X850 crossfire master card since you have a ATI crossfire mobo.
