Random shutdowns - any ideas? - Page 4

After reading your whole list of msg's, i really believe its your CPU, but let me ask you this, do you have any big fans blowing to it? Because I had a fan blowing it lol and my computer started turning off radomly until i figured out shortly that the fan was affecting my voltages. But if not try using a different CPU if you can if not ><

Any time. Let us know how everything works out.

EDIT: The UPS just prevents against brownouts and is just a giant battery. The power supply in your computer still has to regulate the voltage.

big fan ? well i guess but i have it set to medium speed which is 4800 RPM

it also is drawing power directly from the psu not the board

should i try running its power from the MB itself ?!?

yeah, and try turning the fan off for while and see if it solves your problem.

also try connecting your pc to the wall jack not the other thing.
