Damn I feel really sorry for you, well before you took the stick off did it not turn off anymore after I told you to take off the fan and the power cable into the wall jack?

OK in case you lil helpers want to know the answer to this long saga---
just put in a 450W COOLMAX PSu and seems to be very stable(but this has happened b4)
anyways, based on types of operations i put the puter through, I'm 99.9 % sure that it was the psu
I believe the comptuer room it's in has alot of power drain from the other 3 or 4 computers + misc. running in there so there probably is voltage fluxuations
this nice coolmax seems to be able to handle well
Thanks for all the help !!!!
